At Terrace Take-Away we make two (2) version of this dish!

One is CHICKEN-ON-A-STICK with marinated chicken thighs & PORK-ON-A-STICK with marinated pork sirloin.

Traditional Ukrainian meat dishes are quite labour intensive but the end result is so worthwhile.

PATYCHKY are always served at major holidays, weddings, funerals.

To be honest, just about anytime is a good time for serving PATYCHKY!

All food is fully prepared and easy to warm up!

PREPARATION for Meat-on-a-Stick

a/ Fresh: Grilling or baking is the best option.

b/ Frozen: Defrost in the refrigerator overnight and reheat in the oven* or microwave.

c/ Microwave: Unwrap the frozen meat products, defrost in the microwave using the reheat sensor cycle. At all times cover loosely with a paper towel. Check in 2 minute intervals until the desired temperature is achieved.
