HRECHANKY – Buckwheat & Pork Patties


The Hrechanky are soft tender cutlets (patties) made with buckwheat and mince pork meat.  Super delicious & nutritious .

Buckwheat – despite the name, buckwheat is not related to wheat. Buckwheat is truly a heart-healthy food. Buckwheat is completely gluten-free. It is a  high carbohydrate. High in iron, manganese, magnesium, phosphorus, copper, and zinc, buckwheat is a healthy addition to any meal.

All food is fully prepared and easy to warm up!

Preparation for Buckwheat & Pork patties:

a/ Fresh: Stove top in non–stick pan to low or med. heat and flip often to promote even heating. – add a little bit of water to steam them.

b/ Frozen: If using a toaster oven, unwrap the frozen patties, set temperature at 300o F and toast for 3 to 5 minutes (check at 2 minute intervals).

c/ Defrost in the refrigerator overnight and reheat on the stove top or microwave. (3 to 5 minutes) or oven* 375 F in oven for 1/2 hour.

– Reheating in the Microwave is undoubtedly one of the fastest ways to heat or reheat food, but texture of some foods can suffer in the process.

– Reheating on the Stovetop is a great way-stick to low to medium heat and flip often to promote even heating.
