Borshch - rich beet flavour in a sweet & sour meat broth with shredded beets. Seasoned with garlic, dill & black pepper.
One of the most famous dishes in Ukrainian cuisine. It is said that there are 500 different versions of Borshch.
Terrace Take-Away Borshch comes in 750ml portions (microwave safe) serves 2 people. Keep chilled and just heat up to enjoy a warm soup meal or drink.

Preparation for Borshch
a/ Fresh: A saucepan or pot with a lid
b/ Frozen: Defrost in the refrigerator overnight and reheat on the stove top.
– Reheating in the Microwave reheat at 70% power (between medium and high) check at 1-2 minute intervals and stir frequently to promote balanced distribution of heat.
– Reheating on the Stovetop is a great way - reheat at medium temperature , stir occasionally until hot almost to a boil then turn it down to simmer.
During Ukrainian Christmas season, traditionally meatless Borshch is served with Vushka (mushroom dumplings).
