Preparation for lentil loaf

a/ Fresh: It's best reheated in the toaster oven or conventional oven at 300ºF.

b/ Frozen: Thaw in the fridge & unwrap the frozen loaf, set temperature at 300ºF oven until the lentil loaf slice has heated through, about 15 - 20 minutes. Add a tablespoon of water to the bottom of your pan & cover with foil to maintain moisture.

c/ Defrost: in the refrigerator overnight and reheat in the oven or microwave. (3 to 5 minutes) or oven* 300ºF for 1/2 hours.

– Reheating in the Microwave is undoubtedly one of the fastest ways to heat or reheat food, but the texture of some foods can suffer in the process.

– Reheating on the Stovetop is a great way-stick to low to medium heat and flip slices often to promote even heating.
